By taking any service from FeelMora Production, you agree to follow and accept all the terms and conditions mentioned below.
1. Booking & Payment
- An advance payment of 30%–50% is mandatory to book any shoot or project.
- The remaining payment must be cleared before the final delivery of the project.
- All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
2. Project Timeline
- The project timeline is determined based on the type of work, complexity, and client requirements.
- If the client delays script approval, reviews, feedback, or required materials, the delivery timeline will automatically be extended.
3. Revisions
- Each project includes 1–2 free revisions.
- Additional revisions will require extra charges.
4. Raw Footage Policy
- Raw footage can be provided upon request with an additional fee.
- FeelMora Production stores raw data for up to 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
- After final delivery, the client may use the video/photos for personal or commercial purposes.
- FeelMora Production reserves the right to use the edited work for portfolio, social media, promotion, and marketing.
- If the client does not want the project to be published publicly, it must be informed before production begins (special conditions and charges may apply).
6. Cancellation Policy
- Once the project has started, advance payments are non-refundable.
- Any request to reschedule a shoot must be made at least 7 days in advance.
7. Client Responsibilities
- If the client is responsible for arranging location, permission, models, wardrobe, or other resources, they must ensure timely arrangements.
- FeelMora Production will not be responsible for damages, legal issues, permission complications, or third-party problems during the shoot.
8. Service Limitations
- Shoots may be postponed due to weather conditions, technical issues, or unexpected circumstances.
- In such cases, a new date will be scheduled, but no refunds will be provided.
9. Final Delivery
- Final files will be delivered via Google Drive or an online download link.
- Clients may report issues or errors within 7 days of delivery.
- Any changes or corrections requested after 7 days will require additional charges.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By working with FeelMora Production, the client automatically agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
